How do I order? 怎樣訂購? |

You can order online or by completing the order form which can be downloaded. Please fill in the order form and return the form to us either by mail or fax. We recommend that you order online which is easy and flexible. 您可選擇網上或下載表格訂購。請把訂購表格填妥後，郵寄或傳真給本公司。本公司建議您採用網上訂購，既快捷方便，亦沒有時間限制。 |

How do I know my order has been successfully placed? 怎樣才能確定我已經成功訂購? |

Once order is received, we shall send an order confirmation by email to confirm your order. Once we received your photo and payment in full, your order will be mailed or delivered to you. 當收到訂購指示後，本公司隨即以電郵方式確實您的訂購。當相片及付款收妥後，您所訂購的產品即會郵寄出。 |

Production will start once the photo is received and the payment is settled, the personalized books and gifts will be sent to the mailing address you provided. 當相片及付款收妥後，本公司會即時製作您的個人化書本和禮品，並盡快寄送到您所提供的郵寄地址。 |

How long before I receive my order? 於多少天內可收到所訂購的產品？ |
| A: |
Under normal circumstances, your order is ready to be sent out within three working days after the photo and the payment are received. During holiday seasons, it will take up to five working days for production. Please allow for sufficient time. 在正常情況下，所訂購的產品可於相片及付款收妥後之三個工作天內送出。在節日期間，需要五個工作天製作。請預留足夠製作時間。 |

How can I send you the photo? 怎樣將相片給您們? |

Email to sales@smarthouse.com.hk with JPG photo (best with 100 dpi or above) attached. Write the Order Confirmation Number, Given Name of recipient, your Phone Number in the email.
電郵至sales@smarthouse.com.hk。要得到最佳效果，煩請附上有100dpi 或以上之 JPG相片。郵件內請寫上訂購確認號碼、接受者名字、您的電話號碼。 |

Yes, we will send your original photo along with your completed order to the delivery or mailing address you have indicated. 所給予之相片將會連同所訂購的產品一併送回您所指定運送或郵寄地址。 |

Can I send in more than one photo if I order more than one item for the same person? 如果為同一個人訂購超過一份產品，可否寄予不同的照片? |

Yes, you can. Please indicate clearly your preference as to which photo goes with which item on the back of each photo or in your email. 可以。但煩請在相片背面或您的電郵內清楚列明那一幅相片放在那一份產品。 |

By cheque payable to "Smarthouse Production Limited". Write the Order Confirmation Number, your Phone Number and Email Address on the back of the cheque.
支票抬頭"Smarthouse Production Limited"。在支票背面請寫上訂購確認號碼、您的電話號碼及電郵地址。
Or 或
Deposit to Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) Account Number : 047-748330-001 through teller, online banking or ATM. Please scan the bank deposit receipt, attach it to your email and send to sales@smarthouse.com.hk. Or FAX the bank deposit receipt to 3579 0779. Please write the Order Confirmation Number, your Phone Number and Email Address on your email or fax for easy identification.
透過銀行櫃員、網上理財或櫃員機存款入香港上海匯豐銀行戶口：047-748330-001。請把銀行存款收據掃描後，用附件形式電郵至sales@smarthouse.com.hk 或把銀行存款收據傳真至3579 0779.。並請在電郵或傳真寫上你的訂購確認號碼、電話號碼及電郵地址，以便確認。

Do I have to pay for mailing and delivery cost? 我是否需要支付任何郵費及包裝費? |

We send your order by surface mail or by delivery, for bulk order only, to any mailing address in Hong Kong. Postage for Hong Kong surface mail and package cost is free. Personal delivery available for bulk order, please refer to Group Discount Promotion for detail. For any overseas orders, please refer to the Shipping Charge when placing your orders. 本公司將以平郵寄出或用速遞運送(只適用於大量訂購)所有位於香港地址之訂購。並無需另加本港郵費及包裝費。大量訂購者, 亦享免費運送， 詳情請查看集體訂購優惠。如屬其它海外國家的訂購，請於訂購時留意運送收費。 |

Since all personalized books/gifts are custom-made, please understand that we can not accept any cancellations once the order was confirmed. 因每件個人化書本/禮品都是因個人而訂造，當訂購確認後，本公司恕不能接受任何退單及退款。 |

How to handle defects originated by our company or made during postage? 如發覺本公司出錯或產品在運送途中損毀，應如何處理？ |
| A: |
Please report the defect to us within 5 business days after receipt of your order and send the book/gift back to us. Once the defect is acknowledged to be caused by our Company during production or delivery, our Company will replace your order without any extra cost subject to stock availability. Alternatively, you may choose another item of the same or higher value than the original item purchased. You will need to pay for the price difference in case you chose to buy a higher priced item. Our Compamy reserves the ultimate right on any replacements. No cash refund will be entertained. 請在產品收妥後五個工作天內向本公司提出問題，並把書本/禮品寄回給我們。當問題確實由本公司於製作或運送途中所引致後，在有產品存貨情況下，本公司樂意更換同一款產品而不另收任何費用。您也可選擇購買其它價目與原本訂購產品相同或更昂貴的另一份產品。如您選購更昂貴的產品，您需要繳付產品價格之差異。本公司擁有最後更換的決定權利。本公司將不會受理任何退款要求。 |
